Annual General Meeting

It’s that time again!

Please keep the afternoon/evening of Sunday 22nd November free for the AGM, which will start at 5.00pm.  The Agenda and previous AGM minutes are attached to this email.

Everyone is invited to participate in a barbeque dinner after the AGM.

Meat (steak, sausages, beef and vege burgers), bread/rolls and sauces will be supplied.  Please bring a salad to share.  Icecreams will be supplied for dessert.
The bar will open at 4pm for attendees to buy one drink each, then close at 5.00pm for the meeting. The bar will re-open after the AGM.  Drinks will be free for the first hour.

To keep this a viable club, we need your input, so please come along and have your say.

If you cannot make it, please advise a current committee member if you would like to join the committee for the coming twelve months.
