Thanks for your interest in our Green Fleet sailing course. Our instructors will also be available on the Saturday & Sunday afternoon prior to the week long course for an open sailing session.

We will also be running a Safety Boat course which is aimed at parents with recreational skippers ticket to learn the skills to assist supervising sailing activities out on the water. Please set some time aside for this so that you can help the club offer as much sailing as possible to your children and the rest of the community. This course will be offered at a large discount for members to help facilitate participation. Details of this course will be released soon via social media and email to members.

Program Focus:

Following the structure and instruction in learn-to-sail programs. Green Fleet is an introduction to coaching and learning to train.

Green Fleet promotes practicing the fundamental skills of sailing, introduces some foundation race skills through training activities in an environment that is enjoyable, without a competition focus.

During the Program sailors are encouraged to take part in freesail activity, and to trial a variety of boats, boards, and other club related activity through age appropriate design.
