Exmouth Yacht Club Race Committee meets are shceduled on a Fortnightly basis in the Summer Sailing season,

Commencing from Opening Day October 6th Sunday 2024.

To particpate in Race meets - 

Participants must be a Junior Member or FULL Member of the EYC / Social Members do not qualify.

Membership subscription must be paid in full prior to Participation / Visiting members with a SA membership number welcome (or foreign equivilent).

Junior members require additional one time authoity from our Resident Coaching staff to compete.

Partcipants must sign on with Race Committee by 1400 hrs - From this detail / Race Commitee will confirm Course according to Participants Skill level and Tidal and wind influences. Start time will also be comunicated at Sign on  Race Board. Failure to do so will result in participant disqualification.

Members wishing to Engage Club Laser or Tackers FLeets must have paid Club Fleet Maitnenace Fess prior & sign in and our damage report - 

Social Sailors are required to Sign in also in order the  Rescue Boat operator(s) can account for all Vessels at days end.

1730 hrs - Race Presentations commence in the Club house =- Trophy and or Pennant presentation conducted to Celebrate days winners. Members encouraged to support the Venue post racing, to contribute to EYC's fiscal responsibilities.

Participants are remined that adherence to Race Commitee direction and Protocols is a requirement of your membership of the EYC.
